In today's fast-paced business landscape, having keen, results-driven, strategic sales and account management is crucial for success. With over 9 years of experience in the FinTech and Payments industry, I have honed my skills in spearheading complex strategic accounts and partnerships. From early-stage startups to post-IPO Fortune 500 companies, I have consistently delivered exceptional results. Notably, I closed two 8-figure contracts on behalf of Worldpay (from FIS Global) with Fortune 500 companies like Amazon's Twitch and Airbnb. By the time I departed, I had exceeded my annual revenue target by over 100%, with six months still remaining in the fiscal year. This achievement speaks to my ability to navigate complex sales processes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to that, I served as a Strategic Account Manager at Square, (Block) where I worked with top enterprise sellers in mainly post-initial sale account growth. Through my commitment to maintaining and developing the strategic relationships in my book of business, I championed strategic business development opportunities and introduced new revenue streams and technology partnership opportunities. Some of my key relationships included Warner Brothers Discovery and Afterpay, where I navigated the complexities of Warner Bros merger with Discovery, as well as Block's acquisition of Afterpay.

 

Aside from my professional pursuits, I thrive on high-energy activities; Singing in the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus and expressing my creativity through ceramics, to name a few. As a proud dog and plant dad, DIY enthusiast, rockhounder, avid hiker, etc., I cherish spending time outdoors. Music, particularly playing the guitar and singing, is another passion of mine that brings me joy during my free time. Additionally, I take pride in being a supportive and nurturing uncle to the youngin's in my life. My deep commitment extends to various social, economic, sustainability, and environmental causes. As an activist, I actively strive to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.

Traveling is a source of immense joy in my life, as it allows me to explore new places, immerse myself in different cultures, and gain irreplaceable memories. I prefer beaches and mountains over busy cities when I travel for leisure.
